Founded in 2023, Mila Rose Boutique was created to be more than just a place to shop — it’s a space to feel seen, celebrated, and completely yourself. What began as Mila Design Co, selling online and at pop-up markets, has grown into a curated boutique rooted in vintage glam, soft femininity, and the belief that beauty begins the moment you embrace who you are.

From statement pieces to timeless staples, we carefully hand-select every item — blending clothing, accessories, shoes, and self-care favorites for the modern romantic. But what truly sets us apart is our heart: we’re passionate about inclusion, creating a welcoming environment, and building a community where confidence, kindness, and connection come first.

Mila Rose is proudly owned by Annabelle Escamilla, a two-time Eastern Illinois University graduate who met her husband at EIU and found her heart in Charleston, Illinois — now home to the boutique after its first storefront in Casey (2024–2025).
